Technological Park

"Technological Park" is situated next to "PZL-Świdnik" SA, covers area of about 40 hectares and comes within exemptions in real estate taxes till the end of year 2003
exemptions cover entrepreneurs that have headquarters or organizationally separated plant and who buy properties situated on Technological Park area  or take them over into hereditary tenure
exemptions are from 10% to 70% depending on number of Świdnik citizens employed 
within the area of  Technological Park there are buildings that can be adapted for industrial, warehouse or other purposes
